Our Report

Our  in-depth inspection report exceeds industry standards. It is a 57+ page report in checkbox and narrative form. Instead of a skimpy 3 page report with photos of some defects found, ours shows you what we check for so you know how thorough we are and know not only the problem areas but what is satisfactory in the home. Our report can be viewed on our secure password protected server online as soon as the report is finished. You will also be mailed  a complete paper version of the report.
